We are shipping cookies to several countries (USA, Canada, Mexico, UK, Germany, France, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia). Each of these countries have its own legislation on flour fortification/enrichment (on ffinetwork.org it’s mentioned that some countries require flour fortification (USA, Canada, UK, Mexico, Australia) and these requirements vary from one country to another (USA & CAN have similar ones and seem to have higher degree of fortification vs others). Currently we produce 2 different types of cookies to be shipped to other markets (1 type which goes to UK, Ger, France, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, USA and Mexico & 2nd type to Canada). Can we have 1 type of flour to all the markets we are shipping to (if we take Canada flour requirements) as if im not mistaken so some markets will get cookies with more fortified flour than they require and some markets (i.e. Germany & France will get cookies with fortified flour while there is no legislation about its fortification). Thanks!
