All food products are subject to be analyzed on Chemical, Physical & Biological parameters. FSSAI has issued guidelines on the methods of analysis for different food articles which need to be adhered completely by Restaurant owners to avoid any legal hassles.
Training and Certification
As per Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006, all restaurants owners have to ensure the proper training programs for managing the activities of food processing & food handling etc. so that the consumers should be served good food. We provide training (Online & Onsite) and also provide certificates on the completion of the program.

Self-Inspection/Audit
No food business operator would like the inspectors to point out legal shortcomings in their businesses especially if you are running your business efficiently and to the best understanding of the Food Act.
A real time practical inspection will help you check any minor or major flaws you could be overlooking. The unattended situation could prove fatal when food authorities do a surprise inspection and find lapses. The Self-Inspection checklists are based on the predefined guidelines as per Food Safety & Management Systems under Schedule 4 of FSS Act, 2006. The Inspection will help you identify the gaps that are not in compliance with the food law.
