You need to apply for the License/Registration of your manufacturing unit under FSS Act, 2006 and there is an online procedure for the same. Once you obtain license/registration then you will have to follow the conditions of the license and the Schedule 4 Requirements.

Can I start trading with my customer who had already applied for the new license online but it is still under processing? It has one week he had applied for the license online. What will be the harm to me if I trade with him with FSSAI License under Processing? Of course, I have the Application number.

I want to supply namkeen from my honetown to other cities, shall l required a licence, if yes then what type of licence?
l only have to supply not manufacturing or any involvement in that, just packed food supply.
