About Import of Pulses
According to Economic Times the Union ministry of commerce, Government of India changed its Import policy for pulses like tur/pigeon peas; moong and urad from “restricted” to “free” with immediate effect from 15, May 2021. The policy will be in effect till 31 October, 2021. All consignments of pulses will have to be cleared before 30 November, 2021 and date on the bill should be October 31 or before.
